Manitoba Agriculture offers a variety of educational resources about food safety practices for food processing establishments.
These resource materials come in a variety of formats, such as food safety posters, cards, guidelines, or booklets, making it easy to use for different purposes. For example, you can use food safety posters around your establishment to remind employees about hand washing practices.

The “DO IT RIGHT” food safety cards focus on best practices involving sanitation, hand washing, equipment storage and pest control.
 
These fact sheets cover an array of topics including food safety hazards,
good manufacturing practices, food safety programs and other food safety technical information for food processing establishments.
